3 HOT Diet Plans You May Not Be Aware of!

If there has been an increase in the number of obese adults in recent years, the number of people who want to lose weight is also not negligible. More and more people are jumping on the weight loss bandwagon because of a variety of reasons: some want to lose weight because they have heard that obesity brings with it several harmful and killer diseases; others want to shed the extra pounds and become slimmer so that they can earn the appreciation of their friends.

Whatever your reason for weight loss, the fact remains that in order to lose fat, all you need to do is eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. This is very simple, but just too many people mess it up and make this simple plan too complicated to follow. Remember that there is no need to invest in fad diets unless you really don’t know where to start!

To help you get started, I will tell you about two useful diet plans that are proven to work time and again. Make sure to consult with your physician before you start any of these diet programs! It is also important to ask yourself whether you would be able to change your food habits and lifestyle; otherwise a diet plan has no use for you!

1. Five Factor diet plan: According to this diet plan, you need to exercise at least five times per week and eat at least five square meals per day. Apart from that, each meal should contain fiber, unsaturated fats, zero sugar, low carb foods and lean protein (can be found in chicken meat). If you think this diet plan is too much for you, let’s move on to the next one.

2. Calorie Restriction diet plan: This diet plan can be easy or hard depending on your mentality. If you want to follow this diet plan, you should eat only vegetables, low calorie proteins and fruits. The hard part of this plan is that you need to count calories after every meal. This can get pretty tedious for some people. Apart from calorie restriction, there are no major restrictions on your food intake but if you are smart enough you might have realized that you cannot afford to eat fatty and junk foods like before!

3. Cleansing diet plan: If you can live on water, fresh fruits and raw vegetables then this diet plan is for you. It is in fact a great diet program because it helps to flush out all the toxins from your body (in case you don’t know, toxins and waste products are the culprits that inhibit your weight loss efforts). Plus with this diet program you will gain a tremendous boost to your metabolism and energy, thereby enabling you to burn more fat than usual! The major disadvantage of this diet plan is that it is not very easy to follow, and you can feel hungry often. For best results, this diet plan should be used with an appetite suppressant.
