Good tips. They all are very important for weight loss. Probably also wouldn’t hurt to do a body detox to rid your body of toxins that could be causing you to hold on to excess pounds.

Small meals eaten more times a day than large ones is a really good tip. So many people tend to eat when they are starving. And then they over eat. (I have to say a used to fall in that category).

I guess I would also add trying to be concious as to why you are eating/snacking. Is it because you are really hungry? Or are you eating because you are bored? Or is it just because you need to put something in your mouth? I’m wondering if other people feel the same way?
