1.Walking: Walking is probably the simplest form of exercise available. It is not hard, and anyone can do it because there is nothing new to learn here. Every morning, try to walk for at least two hours. Also try to find ways you can add more activity to your schedule. If you are using the elevator, start using the stairs instead. If your office happens to be at a short walking distance, then walk. If your market is not too far away, walk up to it. You will not only save on your gas but also burn a lot of fat!
Make sure that you carry some natural fruits and a bottle of water with you. This way you would be able to feed yourself whenever you are tired and hungry!
2. Jogging: Jogging is harder but also better than walking, if you want fast weight loss, that is. Fifteen minutes of jogging can help in accelerating your fat burning process. You should however jog continuously for fifteen minutes without any breaks; if you take breaks then it won’t work! Morning is the best time for jogging, since at that time your energy level is at its optimum and you should be able to jog without getting exhausted!
3.Lifting weights: Weight lifting is not just for bodybuilders. Sure, they will help you build muscles, but you should also keep in mind that the more muscles you have, the faster you will be able to burn fat and lose weight! Make sure you join a reputable gym center to get the best of the exercise equipments possible. Ask the gym owner which equipments are best in order to burn fat fast, and concentrate only on those equipments. This will save you a lot of time because you will be able to burn a lot of fat within a short time!
4. Biking: Do you love biking? If yes, you already half-way down the road to weight loss success! In case you don’t know, biking can help you with weight loss! However, there are many other advantages of biking. If you use your bike instead of car, you should be able to save some fuel as well as give your old car a rest. Plus, when you are riding a bike, you don’t need to be struck in traffic jams. You need to do biking for a minimum of two hours; the longer you can do it, the more fat you will be able to burn!
