Does Green Tea Indeed Help in Weight Loss?

With so much being said about the relationship between green tea and weight loss, a question pops up in my mind: is it really as effective as it is claimed to be? Is green tea way more effective that your regular weight loss drug?
The answer is yes. Years of research has proven that people who drink green tea regularly have a higher chance of losing weight fast than those who don’t! And if you thought that green tea is only helpful for weight loss, you are totally wrong! Green tea also keeps you away from several different maladies, so you should drink it even if you are blessed with a slim figure.
Due to reasons of space however, in this article I will only discuss how green tea can help you lose weight!
