Even if you manage to make those drastic changes you will soon get fed up of your weight loss program and quit it. Therefore, your best bet is to make one change at a time. Let’s start with food. Each day, make it a habit to replace some junk foods with a raw fruit or vegetable. Slowly. you will see how easy it is to change your food habits without any sense of deprivation.
Next, you can start the exercise. If you are not leading an active lifestyle already you cannot expect yourself to iron it out for four hours a gym! Instead, start with lighter activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, etc. If you love gardening then you can do that; if you love any kind of outdoor sports then you can do that as well. Find something that you love doing and you will see how easily and quickly all those pounds melt away!
3.Tip#3- Get support: However hard you try you cannot be successful in weight loss if you don’t have the support of your friends and family. Try to get as much support from your family and friends as possible. You can also get support from support groups and online forums. Since exercise is the hardest thing to do for an obese adult, try to find a partner who would be ready to workout with you!
4.Tip#4- Photo it: Do you have a photo of your youth when you were slimmer? If yes, hang it somewhere in your bedroom so that you can see it everyday. Alongside that, stick your current photo. When you see yourself with a fat belly alongside the photo of a slimmer you, you will naturally be motivated to lose weight so that you can get back your former body.
