3. Shut down the kitchen in time: Don’t keep your kitchen open for too late into the night; if you do then you are very likely to sneak into your pantry and have a feast even when you don’t need to! Eating at night is bad especially because when you sleep after eating, the food gets deposited into your body as fat instead of being burned to produce energy.
4. Eat only at the dinner table: Make sure you don’t eat your meals elsewhere except at your dining table. Don’t eat at a place where there is a television set; that way, you are likely to stay glued to your TV and forget about controlling your food intake. When watching TV, you will lose control over yourself and probably keep eating and eating until it is too late!
