Most people fail to lose weight not because they were in the wrong program or using the wrong diet pills but because they failed to follow these three simple rules.

Guideline#1- Eat fruits and vegetables: Since you want to lose weight, naturally you need to do away with the junk and calorie-rich foods that you have been eating for so long. Pastas, burgers, chips, cakes, biscuits, etc., are a big NO-NO. You must replace these foods with healthy alternatives, such as fruits and vegetables. As for vegetables, it is good if you can eat them in raw form too, but I think it is probably impossible to do. That is why I suggest that you cook foods with as minimal oil as possible. Also, choose oil that is free from animal fat, just to make sure that your oil doesn’t make you fat!

Guideline#2 - Don’t eat food too fast: Being in a hurry is never a good thing, more so when you are looking forward to shedding some pounds. You should never eat your food too quickly because that would result in indigestion. Besides, food consumed in a hurry doesn’t increase your metabolic rate much. You can also have your partner participate in your workout sessions. Once again, it would take away the boredom out of you.
