Sometimes don’t you feel that however hard you try to lose weight, you are not progressing in any direction; rather you are simply running after fads, or maybe following the advice of the experts, but without results? Just in case you didn’t get it, I am talking about fasting.

Now I am sure I will receive some flak for my recommendation which is why I want to give you a fair warning: not every suggestion works for everybody. Every individual is born with a unique body type and a unique metabolic rate. What helps one to lose weight might actually prove unsuccessful in case of another. These are tips about how to lose weight fast and healthy.

Likewise, fasting can help some people lose weight, and for others, it can work in quiet the opposite direction: that is, result in weight gain! But let me tell you that if done with moderation, fasting is not as bad as it is made out to be. You must not of course fast for an unlimited period of time. You can fast for say, one week, at most. During this period, you can survive on fruit juices, dry fruits, etc. Make sure that you avoid meat, sweets and lentils during this period otherwise fasting is of no use!

Likewise, weight loss supplements may not work for everyone, but this doesn’t mean that they are all junk products.
