Often, you consume calorie-rich processed drinks for lack of availability of the right drinks. To make sure there is not even the slightest chance of your grabbing a bottle of concentrated juice or fizzy drinks, carry the right drinks with you. The best drink is water, and you can carry it in bottles. If plain water bores you to death then you can add some lemonade, strawberry or other natural flavors to it!
