The diet technique I am talking about is called calorie shifting. I know that time and again you have heard that diet and exercise are the basic components of a successful weight loss program. Well, with the calorie shifting diet technique, people are able to lose weight successfully without any special diet or exercise; plus they don’t even have to go through the painful pangs of hunger that is so common with other diet programs!

Now I don’t mean to say that exercises are totally redundant. Of course, if you add a considerable dose of exercise then you will lose weight even faster! And is not that what you want - fast weight loss?

But let’s get into the basics first? Why did you become overweight? Because of eating junk foods. Why did you eat junk foods- just out of hunger or for some other reason? This doesn’t happen with the calorie shifting diet plan. You will eat what you want to eat, and still lose weight. This diet tricks your body into burning fat by using the correct combination of food intake, while at the same time controlling the amount of calories you consume per day. This boosts your metabolic rate and you start burning fat at a rapid pace, WITHOUT doing any workout or eating boring low-calorie foods!

There are several weight loss programs where you can avail of the calorie shifting dieting technique. Some programs allow you to tick on your favorite foods; then by using the calorie sifting technique, you are supplied with a food plan which contains all of your favorite foods! Some others come in pre-packaged forms and supply you with the foods you need to eat, so that you don’t have to think about it!
