Regardless of what the so-called ‘experts’ tell you, weight loss is an art and should be approached methodically. It is not like a hit and miss thing: you try out one diet plan to see if it works, and then the next and the next one. You may not realize it, but at the end of the day you are losing money rather than fat!
If you are really serious about weight loss, you must follow some rules. There are probably dozens of rules regarding weight loss but I would list here only two so as not to confuse you. However remember that if you follow only these rules, you have already won half the battle!
1. Rome was not built in a day; you cannot lose weight within 24 hours: You better get this one entrenched properly into your head: there is no such thing as quick weight loss. Just as you didn’t get overweight within 24 hours, you also cannot lose the same within that timeframe. Body changes won’t and cannot happen in one day. So stop using those fad diet pills and focus on long term healthy weight loss instead! Could this be the truth behind success of liquid diet weight loss?
One another thing to remember is that even though weight loss is all about making changes in your lifestyle, you must not try to make these changes within a very short time. Take your food habits for instance: since you have spent quite a long time (probably years) in eating junk and fatty foods, they have become your favorites so to speak; now, of course you must do away with these bad foods in order to lose weight, but try not to make these changes too fast. Instead, remove your favorite foods one by one from your diet. Remember that the sooner you distance yourself from your favorite foods, the faster you will crave for them, and then, your entire weight loss plan would go haywire!
In short, making small changes in your lifestyle is the best way to go, you want to try liquid diet weight loss!
2. Balance your diet and exercise plans: Believe it or not, you cannot lose weight if your main focus is only on diet; you must also move your body a bit, and the best movement can be achieved through special workouts designed to burn body fat! On another hand, if you only focus on exercise and don’t restrict your food intake, then you won’t lose much weight either, because whatever fat you are burning with exercises is being restored back into your body as you eat those calorie-rich foods. Remember that weight loss is all about balancing diet and exercise.
