Remember that neither beer nor any other form of alcohol is your friend, so try to say no to them whenever you can. I know that it is impossible to turn down a request made by your closest friend, but try to make him understand that you are trying to lose weight and looking forward to living a long and healthy life. 2. Don’t ever try to skip your breakfast: Breakfast skipping is one of the most common methods people restore to in order to lose weight quickly. They feel that if they starve their bodies long enough, all their fat will naturally burn off (since their bodies, finding no other energy resource would start burning the fat deposits).
