Far from it, as you will discover in this article, skipping breakfast would add to your pound level; which means that you will GAIN weight instead of losing it!

There are actually two reasons why you must not skip your morning breakfast under any circumstances whatsoever:

You gain new energy that would help you stay active throughout the whole day. You start burning fat fast. The next meal that you should have after breakfast is lunch. 2. Breakfast skipping can have the opposite effects on your body: Your number one aim is to lose weight, that is, reduce your body’s fat level so that you can become slimmer, right? Naturally, you wouldn’t want to do any kind of activity which will store fat in your body, isn’t it? Well, when you skip your breakfasts and meals, your body gets an alarm that you are going to starve it to death, and naturally your body would take ’steps’ to save itself from starvation. As part of the ’steps’, it will conserve energy in your body in the form of fat instead of burning it! So what happens is that contrary to what you believe, as long as you starve you don’t lose an ounce of fat. What you lose instead are your valuable lean muscles, which are so important to the sustenance of your body!

Loosing weight is not as hard as you think, unless you do certain unnatural and undesirable things such as skipping breakfasts and meals!
