Are you following natural weight loss methods and unable to lose weight? Do you want to switch to an unnatural weight loss method instead? The answers to these questions are not as easy as they seem. It requires a lot of thinking on your part to switch diets and weight loss methods. First of all, let me elaborate on what obesity can do for you.

If you thought that obesity only lowers your self esteem, you cannot be further from the truth! Far important than your self esteem is your health, and obesity causes a lot of health issues. When you’re overweight, your body puts a lot of stress on your back and knee joints. It also makes breathing a lot difficult for you. You will be gasping for breath every time you take a little walk across the road or use the stairs. This is not the end of the list of health issues associated with obesity.

Obesity can also cause heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, kidney problems, etc. If you are a female then obesity can cause breast cancer, infertility, etc. This is the main reason why overweight females find it more difficult to conceive than their slimmer counterparts.

Now the million dollar question: should you choose unnatural or natural weight loss method?

Truth to be told, if you can follow natural weight loss method of diet and exercise, there is nothing like it. There are no side effects or health hazards associated with natural weight loss methods. Plus they ate free! And don’t forget that with a natural weight loss method, you are able to lose weight permanently, not just for a few months!

That said, many people find it difficult to follow through with natural weight loss methods because it takes some time to lose weight naturally. If you are impatient, undisciplined and lack the kind of tenacity needed for following natural weight loss options, then your best bet is to go for unnatural weight los procedure, which involves the use of diet pills, diet supplements, liposuction, etc. Keep in mind that going the unnatural way doesn’t guarantee that you will actually be able to lose any amount of weight. Even if you lose weight with these unnatural methods, you won’t be able to keep it off long unless you modify your eating habits and increase your physical activity level.
